Generally it is nearly impossible getting married to any person who you have never met however this would depend on certain circumstances. The UK diplomats do not really view this as being out of the ordinary and who prefer to see certain evidence of the relationship. These might include but limited to:
- A marriage certificate from another country.
- Marriage Pictures of you and your wife together.
In addition to the above, the entry clearance officers do ask questions relating to this issue, to make sure that the applicant has really met the spouse. Most frequent questions which may be askedĀ are:
1. The place or time / day of your first meeting
2. Where the marriage ceremony had taken place
3. Close family members of the sponsor and such
